The vacant land market in Cornville just got a big boost of new inventory, and that is not good news if you are currently trying to sell land in Cornville!  However, if you are seeking to buy property in Cornville, It is wonderful news!
   Mingus Panorama Estates just began offering their 1st phase of 32 lots, 69 lots altogether will be available on this 80 acre parcel.  Lots will range in size from .8 of an acre to 1.84 acres.  Pricing of current lots available range from 119,800 per acre to a high of over 178,000 per acre.  All utilities will be available to the lot line and these improvements, along with paving, are expected to be completed some time in the Spring of 08.

There is also another new subdivision in Cornville, Rio Bonito Ranch, which started offering a total of 33 lots for sale in late July. Prices in this subdivision range from 144,400 an acre to a high of 186,500 per acre.  This subdivision is situated on one of the most gorgeous parcels in all of Cornville, has dedicated Oak Creek Access for all residents and most lots have horse privileges and irrigation rights.  Because of thoughtful planning on the developers part, all lots should enjoy FANTASTIC views of Sunsets over the Mingus Mountain range.
